You did what you knew how to do, and when you knew better, you did better. ~ Maya Angelou

My friend Latisha was so kind to watch Becca while I had to run a couple of errands. When I came to pick her up she was having the time of her life driving a go-cart! Her and Colter ran around having soooo much fun! They have lots of land for paths with jumps! She thinks she needs one now :)

I didn't think I had enough pictures of Eli so I thought I would add my favorite senior pic of him. He is getting ready to go back to work tomorrow. He has been off the last week due to collapsing at work. He got his doctor's note and he is ready to go! Go Eli! We love you!

It's my pleasure to introduce Chester, Grayson's "outside" kitty. He is a fun little guy with lots of personality. Chester and Abby have stayed around for a week now! What little troopers! I have always disliked cats because I am so allergic to them. These little ones have stolen my heart ... They have started sitting outside my dining room window looking at me while I walk through the house. I talk to them and they can't understand why they can't come to me??? awwwww so sweet!

Becca's new "outside" kitty, she begged and pleaded for this kitten. I finally gave in, I hate to admit that I am really liking them. (I have to refer to them as "outside" kitty's so they don't think I am getting soft and letting them come on in and play :) )Her name is Abigail Michelle Bargo, her nickname is "Abby". She is a good mommy and takes such good care of her.

Our resident comedian and his big brother. Grayson and Eli have a mutual admiration society! They think one another is the funniest person on earth. (I hate to admit that they do keep us cracking up)

Daddy daughter dinner Sept. 2008

Gregg and Becca went on their first "date". They had the dinner outside on a beautiful deck at dusk. They did lots of dancing. She loved the "chicken" dance and the macarena the most! She wishes they could do it every month!

Becca showing off her cake decorating skills. As you will notice we had lots of cookies left. There was no way out of the traditional "chocolate donut" cake on her birthday.

Becca turned nine! We took these cookies to her class for a big celebration! They turned out so cute, she loved them. I thought that would count as the party... no.

Eli went for a physical to get cleared for his mission papers, and he was told he needed to move home (he was living in Utah) and get to a doctor asap. He had serious kidney issues. We made the appointment that day and he raced home. We went in two days later to the doctor and he checked him right into the hospital. He was tested for everything you can imagine and some you can't! After the kidney biopsy, 500 milligrams of IV steroids (twice) and LOTS of blood draws they came up with a diagnosis, chronic renal failure. His kidneys are working at 20 % . He is going to need a kidney transplant within the next 5 or 6 months. Gregg is being tested. We have another appointment at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale on October 2. We are going for a second opinion. He is so scared that they will put him back in the hospital. We are so thankful for all the prayers on our behalf. He has been so strong, I know that his Heavenly Father is comforting him and our family. It will be a long road but we know it will be ok.

First day of school 2008. They were so excited! Becca is in third grade (9) and Grayson is in sixth (11 1/2). They are having a great year and still love school. I hope that never wears off!
Hello Everyone! Welcome to our new Bargo Bunch blog! I love looking at everyone's so much that I thought I would start one for my own family. I am just getting started so I will post lots of pics and news soon! ( when Latisha figures it out for me :) )
